1. Overview of Services

FlightScanAI™ by Aviation AI Solutions LLC provides software for viewing nearby air traffic, including map and radar displays, alerts, tracking, overlays, and related APIs (the "Service").

The Service is intended as an assistive situational-awareness tool only.

2. No ATC, FAA, or operational affiliation

FlightScanAI™ by Aviation AI Solutions LLC is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with:

• The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or any civil aviation authority
• Air traffic control, airlines, airports, or government agencies
• ADS-B data providers except as a consumer of publicly available feeds

3. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Using the Service only as a supplement to official sources
• See-and-avoid, certified avionics, and ATC instructions
• Verifying any aircraft identity, position, or alert before acting
• Complying with applicable laws when using location and traffic data

4. Traffic data accuracy

Positions, identities, tracks, weather, and airport overlays come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.

Do not rely on the Service as the sole source of traffic information for flight operations.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized use.

We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
